National Management Conference
 
 
   
  The National Management Conference as a two days event is organized by us regularly on a theme of paramount importance for our country. It provides a platform to the faculty and students of leading educational institutions from all over the country to put forward their analysis, research, views and concerns relevant to the society at large. The themes of four such conferences organised so far have been :
   
 
1st Conference  Population Control
2nd Conference Population Control
3rd Conference Population Control & Waste Management
4th Conference Corporate Social Responsibility : Making a Difference
   
  These conferences have been highly successful with papers submission by around 40 students & teachers and participation of upto 600 delegates from all over India in each.
     
  POPULATION CONTROL
  Papers for population control emphasizing the following:
 
  1. ““Peaceful, voluntary & non-violent” ways to preventing conception, and controlling population, and
  2. How these techniques of preventing conception and controlling population can also create many business and job opportunities, as they do a tremendous amount of social good, at the same time.
  WASTE MANAGEMENT
  Papers for waste management emphasizing the following:
 
  1. How to improve the methods of disposing, collecting, transporting and processing the various kinds of wastes, and
  2. How waste management can create several business and job opportunities, while doing an enormous social good at the same time.
  CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
  Papers on corporate social responsibility covering the following:
 
  • Organizational Initiatives
  • Indian Scenario
  • Global Scenario
  • Case Studies
  • Market Forces
  • Sustainability
All submissions were adjudged by an independent panel of academicians, professionals, and social leaders. All the outstation paper presenters were reimbursed to & fro travel expenses and provided free boarding & lodging at Jodhpur. The best papers were honoured with the certificates and awards.
